疼痛：

Pain :
1. So many software platforms (Desktop, TWS, Mobile, Client Portal) and some of them have features only available there. So it means I now need to master 4 platforms? This is very bad user experience.
2. Very disappointing that IBKR is a huge brokerage yet their platforms do not have features (custom timeframes for charts eg. 1Yr 2Day charts, stock screening) found in several other smaller brokerage platforms.
3. When I need help (how to use), the materials I find online are on different platforms than the one I'm using (eg Desktop).
Many people I know end up using other platforms for charting and analysis and IBKR just to perform the trades. This makes it very tempting to consider moving out to other brokerages.
