当FxPro通过他们的代理Diba David（保留主管）处理我通过未经授权的第三方巴基斯坦银行账户（Muhammad Khizar）提取的58美元时，我感到震惊。

WARNING to all Pakistani traders . FxPro is actively using illegal third-party bank accounts for local withdrawals in Pakistan.
I was shocked when FxPro, through their agent Diba David (Retention Supervisor), processed my $58 withdrawal via an unauthorized third-party Pakistani bank account (Muhammad Khizar).

Within hours of receiving that payment, my personal bank account was frozen by Pakistani authorities under suspicion of hawala/hundi activity – a criminal offense under local financial laws.

Despite multiple emails, FxPro refused to accept responsibility. Instead, they told me to “contact my bank,” even though their illegal offshore setup directly caused the issue.

According to SECP and State Bank of Pakistan regulations, no individual or company is allowed to receive/send Forex funds unless registered with Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX). FxPro is not listed. This makes their entire deposit/withdrawal process for Pakistani citizens a serious AML and anti-terror financing violation.

FxPro’s platform may appear legal on the surface, but behind it is an offshore shadow network operating illegally in Pakistan, using people's personal/business accounts – like Muhammad Khizar’s – to bypass regulation.

I will escalated the matter to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA). All proof will submit to FIA . If Diba David and FxPro fail to compensate me my withdrawal (preferably via crypto), I will ensure they’re banned like other violators (OctaFX, Binance P2P, etc.).

Stay away from FxPro if you’re in Pakistan. Your money and your identity are not safe. I strongly urge regulators to investigate and block this platform to prevent further victimization.
