服务非常差，我无法在手机应用程序上获取消息，SJ坚持邮寄一些打印和签名的文件，而他们自己拒绝邮寄这些文件给我签名，另一个缺点是我从未被适当告知我账户中企业行为的变化，他们开始从我的账户中扣除资金，没有任何信息或解释，对于如此昂贵的交易账户，我希望有更好的服务。

Very poor service, I don't have access to messages on the mobile App, SQ insist on sending some documents printed and signed by post while they themselves refuse to send me these documents to sign by post, another negative point is that I was never informed properly about changes of corporate actions in my account, they started to deduct money from my account without any information or explaination, for such an expensive trading account I would expect better service.
