客户服务-无效。

一个多月以来，我一直在尝试建立一个联名账户，但一直无法完成该过程。
我多次通过电话和信息联系客服。工作人员一直很善良，普遍表现出一定的杠杆关怀。
然而，没有人关心这个问题。他们只能给出通用答案，而不会导致解决方案（例如，问题转移到不同的部门（IT？），解释（或解释尝试）与之前电话中（来自不同同事）收到的解释相矛盾，后续电话的承诺从未兑现，.）。
最终我被要求（没有解释原因）通过邮寄提供一些额外信息。
两个星期过去了，还没有反馈。
完全的沉默和被自己留下的痛苦的感觉（而具有讽刺意味的是，在同一时间，促销电子邮件的流动继续愉快）。

Customer service - Not effective.

I have been trying to set up a joint account since more than a month and have been unable to complete the process.
I approached several time the customer service with phone calls and messages. The personnel has been kind and generally showed a certain lever caring.
Nevertheless no one has taken ownership of the issue. They were only able to give generic answers not leading to a solution (e.g. issue transferred to different department (IT?), explanations (or attempts of explanations) contradicting the one received in previous calls (from different colleagues), promises of follow-up calls never kept,…).
I have finally been asked (without explaining why) to provide some additional information by mail.
Two weeks have now passed and yet no feedback.
Total silence and the bitter feeling of been left by yourself (while ironically, at the same time, the flow of promotional emails continues happily).

Honestly, all this is far from satisfactory.
