Requested withdrawal on 7 April 25, when I request a withdrawal from other providers I receive it in 2-3 days . Their customer support response time is also copy and paste and no sense of urgency , Still waiting for them tell me why it’s taking this long for my a funds to come into my bank card . I used the same account to deposit funds to withdraw my funds to . This is something they must improve on : withdrawal of funds time and customer response time - it should be quicker it is NOW 22 April 2025 and NO FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT ! they gave me a ARN withdrawal reference number for my bank , my bank still can’t find it and the transaction amount is STILL NOT appearing. Where ARE my funds ?
