印度有人使用Star Trader吗？

我在Star Trader的退出过程中有一次可悲的经历。

于2025年4月22日启动提款。我收到了2025年4月23日的交易详细信息，但没有收到任何积分。我被要求和银行核实一下。银行正式写了一封邮件，以及有存款在我的帐户悬而未决。

至少有5到6次接近支持&发送了两封电子邮件，但没有结果。其次，我被告知他们没有CRM系统给我投诉号码。每次聊天都从零开始。

我会对他们的提款过程给予1级评级。毫无疑问，他们的交易平台在技术上非常好，速度很快。

Star Trader中观看此反馈的任何人。请帮忙。

Anyone from India using Star Trader?

I have a pathetic experience on the Withdrawal process of Star Trader.

Initiated a withdrawal on 22nd April 2025. I am being sent transaction details of 23rd April 2025 but no credit was received. I was asked to check with the bank. Bank officially wrote a mail as well as that there is deposit pending in my account.

At least 5 to 6 times approached to support & sent two emails but no result. Secondly, I was told they don’t have CRM system to give me the complaint number. On every chat you have start from zero.

I will give rating of 1 for their withdrawal process. Technology wise their trading platform is very good & fast no doubt that.

Anyone from Star Trader watching on this feedback. Please help.
