I am unable to withdraw the funds I deposited into my trading account. Although the company confirms the withdrawal requests, the payments never arrive. Even worse, customer service is completely unreachable. I have repeatedly been given a series of numbers (ARN) and told that it is up to me to locate the funds with my bank. In reality, this is nothing short of an attempt to fraudulently withhold my funds, for a total amount of €2,550.
I would also like to point out that the company Startrader is listed on the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) blacklist and is not authorized to offer its services in France, as clearly indicated on the official AMF website.
I have already filed a complaint with the ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission) RN 10084126 and The FCA (Financial Conduct Authority), and the ASIC. Additionally,
A second complaint is currently in progress with the SCA (Securities and Commodities Authority) of the United Arab Emirates.
A legal proceedings are underway, initiated by a formal complaint lodged with the police.
This may be extended if no action is taken.
I am willing to stop all proceedings if the issue is resolved.
I am still waiting for a response from Startrader.
