我真诚地在STARTRAGER开设了一个账户，并在其规定的规则内使用标准策略进行交易。赚了一些钱后，我突然收到通知，说我的账户被标记为“套利和倒票”--没有明确的证据，没有具体的交易信息，也没有事先警告。

这种行为缺乏透明度、公平性和专业性。我不能向任何期望基本正当程序和问责制的严肃交易员推荐STARTRAGER。

此后，我已向圣文森特金融服务管理局提出正式投诉。

I opened an account with STARTRADER in good faith and traded using standard strategies within their stated rules. After making some profits, I suddenly received a notification that my account was flagged for "arbitrage and scalping" – with no clear evidence, no specific trade information, and no prior warning.

Despite multiple requests for clarification, STARTRADER refused to provide:

Any details on which trades violated their terms

The specific rule clauses I allegedly broke

A complete trade history or documentation of any investigation

Instead, they simply revoked all profits and permanently closed my account, claiming “this is our final decision.” I was not participating in any bonus promotions and was never told I was doing anything wrong until after my profits were removed.

This behavior lacks transparency, fairness, and professionalism. I cannot recommend STARTRADER to any serious trader who expects basic due process and accountability.

I have since filed a formal complaint with the SVG Financial Services Authority.
