Irresponsible and unhelpful customer support not resolving platform fault and avoiding responsibilities to compensation. I trade directly on their Startrader app without MT Platform. There was maintenence 9 and 10 Aug but no notification was received. So, I was caught in 3 trades of 0.03 size BTCUSD. Was in profit but unable to execute sell as it was showing market closed. If under maintenance, the prices would not be shown and balance would not be affected. However, prices were still shown moving and my balance was affected when it should have been frozen since under maintenance. Reported to their support through chat and was requested to their trading email address. .Chat was unable to resolve and was told 2 days investigation is required. Luckily, I was alert enough to withdraw all my allowable balance as I suspected Startrader will not honour their platform errors. True enough, what I have left in balance was eradicated under maintenance while still showing market closed. Received email response insisting notification was sent to MT Platform which I am not using. They can clearly see from their system I don't use MT Platform and giving lame excuses of maintenance and all transaction execution restricted. Avoided explaining why it was showing market closed during maintenance when it should have just shown maintenance. Refused to look into my balance losses even though all snapshot proof was given and adamant the platform was not in error even though I have all the proof provided. Refrain from trading with this broker because you will eventually be tricked by them giving you lame excuses. ALL TRADERS...DONT TRADE WITH STARTRADERS AND THEIR ASSOCIATED BROKER CALLED VANTAGE. ALSO, THE SAME SHIT KIND OF SUPPORT
