Startrader没有向我支付所有利润，而是应用了“现金调整-PNI”并从我的账户中删除了9302美元。这让我只剩下约4880美元的利润加上我的原始存款。换句话说，他们保留了我65%以上的奖金。

Before this trade, my account balance was $0. I deposited $2848, and on 18/12/2024 I placed a single trade. That one trade took my balance to $17030 — meaning I had made a profit of $14182.

Instead of paying me all of my profit, Startrader applied a “Cash Adjustment -PNL” and removed $9302 from my account. This left me with only about $4880 of my profit plus my original deposit. In other words, they kept over 65% of my winnings.

When I raised this issue, Startrader replied on Trustpilot saying my “withdrawal restriction has been lifted”. However, the $9302 has never been returned. They also referred to an email sent on 30/12/2024 which stated:

“Any accrued profits will subsequently be cancelled”.

This confirms that they cancelled more than half of my profit. But if my trading was really “suspicious,” why was I allowed to withdraw part of the profit at all? To me, that makes no sense.

From my perspective, Startrader unfairly withheld the majority of my profit, gave me no clear evidence to justify it, and then tried to make it appear as though the case was resolved. I would strongly caution anyone considering this broker to think very carefully before depositing funds.
