I’m grateful to the company that helped me get my money back, as shown by my display name and profile image.

If I could give less than one star, I absolutely would. This company is a complete scam. When it comes to taking your money for a subscription, it’s instant — but when you actually need support, they completely ignore you.

I paid for three months of subscription hoping to get an allocation with them. When I finally became eligible, they falsely claimed I wasn’t — even though I provided clear proof that I met all the requirements. I’m 100% sure about my eligibility, but they refused to update my account performance or respond to my requests.

Now, they won’t answer me at all. I’ll be demanding a refund, and if they refuse, I’ll pursue them through every consumer protection agency and legal channel in the UK.
