I had a discussion with Joe, Intertrader's chief, following an earlier discussion with Mike the day before. I could tell from our discussion he has an exceptional insight into the business from the topics we discussed, and was impressed by him wanting to reach out directly to company clients to gauge evolving client experiences, and requirements, along with a view to best tailor product-operations to meet those ends, taking immediate actions where acceptable and mutually beneficial to company & client-trading as well as promoting retention and loyalty.
They have a mindset geared to taking action where it makes sense for both client and company to make system operations better and more competitive.
The person-person client connection and statements-of-action with immediate follow through show the company path is being well directed.
