今天我在btcusd上用axi交易，我发现他们有维护，我的TP命中无法关闭。我联系了一个人，他们甚至从来没有费心回应。我收到了2个来自MT4的通知，其中他们提到维护将于2025年6月7日开始，第一阶段1：00至3：00，第二阶段是13：00至18：00。(all基于MT4时间
服务器）

而axi经纪人本身则根据MT 4时间服务器在00：00至23：59期间通知其客户日期：2025年6月7日。

我的问题是，axi经纪人本身是否不允许交易者在00：00至23：59之间进行交易，但我设法在2025年6月7日凌晨3：27进入了一个入口位置（根据服务器维护后的MT 4通知），1小时后加上我的TP点击，axi无法关闭。本轮，axi从00：00到23：59遵循他们的通知。如果正确遵循axi经纪人的通知，那么它不应该允许我在时间进行交易：凌晨3：27。

我把这一切都拍了下来以证明。

我有另一名交易员使用不同的服务器，他们可以正常交易。你认为正确吗..这是我使用axi的糟糕经历，我不再想使用它们了。

Today i've traded with axi on btcusd and i found that they have maintenance and my TP hit couldn't close. I've contacted a personal and they never even bother to response. I've got 2 notification one from MT4, where they they mentioned the maintenance starts on 07.06.2025, 1st phase 1:00 till 3:00 and 2nd phase is at 13:00 till 18:00.. (all based on MT4 time
server)

While axi broker itself notify their customer from 00:00 till 23:59 date: 07.06.2025 based on MT4 time server.

My question is if the axi broker itself don't allow traders to get in trade from 00:00 till 23:59, but i managed to get into a entry postion at 3:27am 07.06.2025, (which according to the MT4 notification right after their server maintenance), after 1 hour plus by right my TP hit, the axi cannot be closed. This round, the axi follow their notifcation mentioning from 00:00 till 23:59. If by right following the axi broker's notification, it shouldn't allow me to get into a trade at all at time: 3:27am.

I've screen shot all this for proof.

I've another trader using different server and they can trade normal. Do you think is right.. This is my bad experience with axi and i'm no longer want to use them anymore.
I've tried to get some personal for assistance, but no help then
