Upon checking with the copy trade team, they have advised that the mentioned copied trade was back in 2023, and unfortunately we are unable to check the copy trade specifications now. However, the response from the Client Service Team stated that they are "unable to check the copy trade specifications as the trade dates back to 2023," which is an unacceptable justification in the context of an ongoing formal complaint regarding a significant financial loss.
It is important to note that since the date the trade was closed, I have been in continuous communication with the company, submitting formal requests and participating in internal investigations related to the incident. Therefore, any claims of expiration or time limitation are unfounded.
If the company has failed to retain or archive essential trading records, this is not my responsibility as a client—it is a serious operational deficiency on their part. This further reinforces the need for urgent regulatory oversight to examine the company’s compliance with data retention standards, transparency obligations, and its duty to protect the rights of affected clients.
