我花了一个多月的时间试图验证我的账户，多次要求我提供水电费，但从未被告知为什么我的文件不被接受。无论我提交了多少不同的文件，都没有任何解释或明确的反馈。

作为外汇交易新手，我花了两个多月的时间使用演示账户来自学并为实时交易做准备。然后，在没有警告或沟通的情况下，我的模拟帐户突然被删除--我所有的交易和进度都消失了。

当我寻求支持时，我遇到了一个毫无帮助的人工智能系统，它自相矛盾，并向我发送了我已经遵循的重复指令。这是一次令人沮丧、浪费时间的经历。

我不会向任何人推荐这家经纪人-避免麻烦和失望。

I’m very grateful to the company that helped me get my money back, as shown by my display name and profile image.

I spent over a month trying to validate my account, repeatedly asked to provide utility bills without ever being told why my documents weren’t accepted. No matter how many different documents I submitted, there was no explanation or clear feedback.

As someone new to Forex trading, I spent over two months using a demo account to educate myself and prepare for live trading. Then, without warning or communication, my demo account was suddenly removed — all my trades and progress were gone.

When I reached out for support, I was met with an unhelpful AI system that contradicted itself and sent me repetitive instructions I had already followed. It was a frustrating, time-wasting experience.

I would not recommend this broker to anyone — avoid the hassle and disappointment.
