this is the real situation that this broker, if we want to call it that, has created for me. after several deposits, by Friday 9 May i was short in xauusd. I had opened a long hedging operation to cover the short position. the long position was opened at 3325.77 with stoplose at 3325.25 at 22:56 on Friday 9 May, with a stop of only 5 euros, so let's say it was a stop set to the tick. FPmarkets had the opportunity to perform a very questionable action, it blocked trading on mt5 in the last 3 minutes of the closing (22:57-22:58-22:59 Rome time), in all serious brokers and futures, xauusd liquidated my stop at 22:57 at 3325.25, Italian hours, while for fpmarkets trading ended at 22:56, making my stop slip to 3286.50, from a real loss liquidated on Friday 9 May of 5 euros, to over 500 euros, 100x over the stop. they blame me that it is risky to do holding on the weekend, but they always cover the fact that my stop in the real market was liquidated at 5 euros on Friday 9 at 22:57 at 3325.25, while for them they simply joined the missing candles to those of the opening, liquidating all positions at 3285.00. they answer emails very slowly and always with nonsense excuses, they don't even answer the phone.
