After contacting the company via chat and email several times for all company "entities", I decided to make one last appeal for them regularize my situation, the content of which I present here almost in full:

Subject: Did you steal my account?

«Good evening.

This is my last attempt to recover my account before I consider it stolen and take unpleasant actions against you. I advise you to contact your company's management.

My full name is (...).

My MT4 account number is (...) and the current balance is 181.78 euros. As Fig. 1 attached also shows in the mail section, the account was probably created on 2021/12/27.

I signed up with your broker when it was just regulated by ASIC, to have access to the 1:200 leverage. (...)

I was inactive in the real account for a few years, and now I can't access the client portal because none of my emails are accepted. This is probably because the only portal I can access from my location is in Cyprus and I registered in Australia/New Zealand.

I think my account has already been transferred to Europe because the leverage indicated by one of the EAs is 1:30. But you didn't inform me about this, nor did I authorize it.
