我决定向Neteller存款，因为没有Skrill存款
我存入3.75美元，押金设置为正在审查中

I decided to deposit with Neteller as no Skrill for deposits
I deposit $3.75 and the deposit set as under review
I created a ticket - support reply after 12 hours that the reason is my Neteller email different from account email ( which is normal with many brokers to use different email )
They also don't have any notice about it must be same email in the deposit page or AML policy
I changed the Neteller email and sent them screenshot so they can add the deposit
They refused the deposit and made withdrawal not refund and deduct $1 as withdrawal commission
They deduct the amount from Neteller already so why insist to make it back to Neteller and make me pay $1 commission - if you put under review you should have not deducted it from Neteller until you review and decide
But they don't care for US and their AML policy don't say anything like this
and as AML there is no money laundry for $3.75

They support is very very bad they will never listen and do stupid things and will not care for you as client
