FXTM与FXTM的支付合作伙伴签订了支付/押金服务合同。

FXTM and FXTM's payment partner have a payment/deposit service contract.
Deposit processing is too slow, causing me losses.
Note: FXTM has been delayed in processing my transfer/deposit on at least 5 previous occasions.
The correct way to resolve this issue is: FXTM compensates the client, then charges the FXTM payment partner. But FXTM does not compensate me. FXTM says it is the payment partner's fault and FXTM is not responsible, as stated in FXTM's terms & conditions.

This is similar to when an airline has an accident, causing damage to people and property, but the airline refuses to compensate the victim/family of the victim on the grounds that the plane crash/failure is the fault of the airline's partner - the aircraft manufacturer, not the airline. And they have also declared a disclaimer of compensation in this case, as stated in the Terms & Conditions sent to you (hidden information, very difficult to find and read).

I was a customer of FXTM for more than 10 years, having more than 2 trading accounts on their platform, so they can not say my KYC process remains incomplete. I provided/submitted full Personal Information for their Identification process. They may have been acceptable in the distant past, but are unacceptable today.
They have deleted the data in 2 accounts which I have filed a complaint with them. However, I have kept it in time as evidence. I am asking law enforcement agencies to intervene, to force them to compensate me.
FXTM is a company that is not transparent, dishonest, and willing to lie to cover up their fraudulent behavior. You will only lose money, lose time, continue to lose money, lose time and effort, as a client of FXTM. You can try it if you want, it's up to you.
