10天后，他们再次带着同样的问题回来，再次要求提供同样的文件，并再次要求再延长10天。

他们在多个评论平台上宣传非常高的评分，但根据我的经验，我坚信这些评分是付费的，而不是真实的。无法释放简单的1，600美元利润（账户总价值约3，000美元）的经纪商无法信任更大的金额。如果他们无法支付1，600美元，他们将如何支付10，000美元或100，000美元？

真正、专业的经纪人至少会在调查利润相关问题的同时返还客户的押金。但在这里，他们封锁了我的整个帐户，并且只通过电子邮件进行沟通，而且一再以同样的借口。

这是最糟糕的交易经历，我警告每个交易者要非常小心。在我看来，这个经纪人既不透明，也不可靠。

I deposited $1,300 and made a small profit of $1,600 on 28th August 2025. From the very first day, the broker neither returned my deposit nor agreed to release my profit.
They claimed that my trading was “illegal” and that the “liquidity provider flagged toxic order flow,” which is completely false. I traded manually, and I have even provided them a recorded live trading video showing exactly how I place and close trades.
Over the last three months, they have repeatedly asked for unnecessary and repetitive information:

Additional details that I had already submitted several times

Every time I provide everything, they reply saying:
“Please wait 10 days for investigation.”

After 10 days, they come back with the same questions again, ask for the same documents again, and again request another 10 days.
This cycle has repeated for three months, and they still refuse to release even my initial deposit.

They advertise very high ratings on multiple review platforms, but after my experience I strongly believe those ratings are paid and not genuine. A broker that cannot release a simple $1,600 profit—total account value around $3,000—cannot be trusted with bigger amounts. If they cannot pay $1,600, how will they pay $10,000 or $100,000?

A genuine and professional broker would at least return the client’s deposit while investigating profit-related issues. But here, they have blocked my entire account and communicate only by email, with the same repeated excuses.

This has been the worst trading experience, and I would warn every trader to be extremely careful. In my opinion, this broker is neither transparent nor reliable.
