My name is Bui Thi Thanh, a client currently trading on your platform with the following account details:

I am writing this email to formally lodge a complaint and request a resolution regarding the failure of Hantec Markets (V) to fully pay the profits I have legitimately earned through transparent and lawful trading activities on your platform.

Specifically, I have generated a total profit of USD 7,902. However, Hantec Markets (V) has only returned a small portion of this amount and has not paid 90% of the profit, which I am rightfully entitled to according to your stated policies and original commitments. I have attempted to contact your company multiple times but have received no clear or transparent response.

This behavior represents a serious violation of investor rights, significantly damages the reputation of Hantec Markets, and has caused me substantial financial and emotional distress.
