I wrote a previous review and i deleted by mistake. I registered to Avatrade through their partner which is called Learn2trade which promised that if your registered in Avatrade and deposit 250usd that they give you an access to their VIP groups in telegram. I did that and thats when the story and the pain began!! Learn2trade barely they answered their emails! You will be lucky if they answered you and they requested that i likned my account in Avatrade to their number otherwise they will not grant me an acess to the groups. I sent an email to Avatrade and they are really worse in answering emails as they mentioned that it might take weeks for them to reply. They admitted that learn2trade is theit partner and they refused to like my account to them. In my previous review the team of Avatrde answered me her saying that they will take care of the issue and immediately sent an email refusing to link my account to their partner I guess they were upset of the review. They said that if i want to escalate that i have to talk to their complaint department which answered me today and they said it will take them 20 days to check my request. In short Avatrade is honestly the worst among other platforms. I informed them that i will escalate this issue to all authorities until it is solve. By the way what is more important than this is that if you make profit in their platform then forget it getting your money as they mentioned to me that it will also takes weeks for the money to reach my account which im sure they will not do that. Be careful of the positive reviews as they seem to be paid or scams. I will give an update of this issue here and the future escalation i will do.
