Losing trades due to charts not moving many times. Showing old candle not real time.
No proper customer service. No online chat only email email reply is always,,we ask your account manager to call you. They never call.my last email was dec 2024. My account was having hedged trades. Suddenly I see trades not hedges margin is moving. My account was blown. I research and find out what this broker does when you hedge the trades they change account settings without knowing us. They change settings to netting. It mean trades are eating margin. High spread . Lower leverage. Beginners must not trade with them.they eat my money. Also they do not mention proper spot and future assets. Finally they eat swap without even we understand. You never get support from this broker.
