Hello! Yesterday, 07/24/2025, AVATRADE managers spontaneously cancelled my request to withdraw funds, and immediately after that, all my AVATRADE accounts were zeroed out. That is, someone simply wrote off the money from my accounts. I had 482 dollars there! They were simply stolen!!! Moreover, immediately after that, my AVATRADE personal account was blocked and blacklisted, so I can’t even write them a letter! I did not receive any explanation for these actions. Not a single letter about this came to my email! This is VERY MUCH like a scam. I hope that this is a mistake or arbitrary action by individual managers. If so, then I demand that the STOLEN MONEY BE RETURNED as soon as possible! Otherwise, I demand an explanation on what basis all my money was written off from my account???!!!
I would also like to add that if you have any complaints about my trading, then why did you write off ABSOLUTELY ALL THE MONEY from my account???!!! This is the money that I deposited into the account. That is, I did not trade them in your company, but I DEPOSIT FROM MY ACCOUNT! How did you calculate the amount (482 US dollars) that you want to take from my account??? Why did you withdraw exactly 482 dollars, and not, for example, 200??? Blocking an account does not mean automatic theft of money. My question is not about the reasons for blocking, but why did you decide to take my money that was in my accounts? This is theft. Why did you take exactly 482 and not 282??? How did you calculate this exact amount? On the basis of which clause of your legal documents did you appropriate all the money in my account?
