25年2月5日，我开始在Avatrade上进行交易（客户号码89205565）。我试图建立我的资金，看看是否可以从交易中赚钱。一切都进展顺利，直到25年5月17日Avatrade关闭了我的未平仓头寸并从我手中偷走了18，239美元（罚单77974901）。

他们给出的理由是“套利活动”，这绝对是不真实的。他们对此提供了零证据，甚至解释了这意味着什么。这只是平仓和偷钱的借口。请记住，当他们偷我的钱时，他们拿走了所有钱，包括我的押金。

对我来说，一个网站可以关闭你的头寸并偷走你的钱，这是不可想象的。不幸的是，在开始交易之前，我没有阅读Trustpilot上的一星评论。如果我这样做了，我永远不会选择Avatrade。

On the 05/02/25 I started trading on Avatrade (customer number 89205565). I was trying to build my bankroll and see if I could make money from trading. Everything was going fine until on the 17/05/25 when Avatrade closed my open positions and stole $18,239 from me (ticket 77974901).

The reason they gave for this was “arbitrage activity” which is absolutely untrue. They offered zero proof of this or even explanation as to what it meant. It’s just an excuse to close my positions and steal my money. Keep in mind when they stole my money they took all of it including my deposit.
Now that I’ve read other one star reviews I see I’m not the only victim of Avatrade. This theft is common for them.

This is their email to me, sent on the 24/02/25:

“Thank you for contacting AvaTrade.
 
Unfortunately, you cannot login into your account. It will remain blocked.
The positions were closed and the balance deducted, there is nothing to withdraw in your account.”

These open positions were just normal stocks, nothing special. Reddit, Walmart, McDonald’s and Colgate.

It’s just inconceivable to me that a site can close your positions and steal your money. Unfortunately I did not read the one star reviews here on Trustpilot before I began trading. If I did I would never have chosen Avatrade.
