I am extremely disappointed with my experience with AvaTrade and feel compelled to warn others. I deposited my hard-earned real money into my trading account (Account No. 89964818), and the company automatically added a bonus without me ever requesting or agreeing to it even their manager were keep sending me messages for deposit bonus but i were totally out from bonus promotion. My IB representative also assured me that this was a reliable broker and that I would be able to withdraw my profits whenever I wished. After trading successfully and earning profit, I submitted a withdrawal request for my deposited amount so I could continue trading with larger positions. Instead of processing the withdrawal, they removed my profit and then disabled my trading account entirely. Their explanation was that I had committed “bonus abuse,” which is completely unfair because the bonus was added automatically by them, not requested by me. This feels misleading and deceptive, as if the bonus was used as a trap to prevent withdrawals. Very disappointing and stressful experience.
