Title: ⚠️ Serious Failures and Suspected Misconduct at AvaTrade and report to FIA for possible criminal investigation

Review:
I am submitting this review to alert retail investors about repeated failures and manipulative practices I experienced with AvaTrade’s Options Platform between August–September 2025. These incidents raise serious concerns of fraudulent misrepresentation and potential criminal misconduct.

False Margin Data (12 Aug 2025): My account showed a false negative margin balance of –USD 105,000 despite equity of USD 1,001. Trading access was frozen for 15 hours. I documented this with four screenshots.

Coercive Support (15–18 Sep 2025): My account was again frozen due to margin errors. Despite sufficient equity, AvaTrade support instructed me to deposit fresh funds to unblock the account. Chat transcripts confirm this coercive directive.

Unilateral Restrictions (4 Sep 2025): AvaTrade labeled my trades as “atypical trading patterns” without contractual basis and slowed my trading speed. This violates principles of transparency and client consent.

No Accountability: Despite submitting evidence (screenshots, chat logs, AvaTrade’s own admissions), compliance and senior management have failed to respond.

Evidence submitted includes:

Screenshots of false margin balances

Chat transcripts confirming coercive deposit requests

AvaTrade’s written response labeling trades “atypical”

Fraudulent misrepresentation of account balances
