I submitted a formal complaint on May 26th to every email provided on VT Markets app and website, as well as to the financial commission.
I only received one response — from the Financial Commission, stating that their review process takes a minimum of two weeks. VT Markets has not acknowledged my complaint or provided any case number, assigned representative, or follow-up.

Given that my initial large withdrawal was reversed and smaller ones have been stuck in “processing” with no transparency, I’m now afraid to attempt further withdrawals — doing so may void or reset my balance entirely.
