I had to contact VTMarkets to help unblock an issue I had - as it turned out it was a simple fix. Sara was on the support channel and she walked me through the fix with speed, clarity and patience. I cannot fault the customer service at VTMarkets, they have been superb every time I have had to contact them, especially recently over some fraud issues, where they helped me lock down my accounts and recover some data. Excellent people to deal with.
