I submitted all the required documents for verification,My identity card and even including a photo of me holding my National ID, my official Birth Certificate, and a utility bill with a clear stamp and signature from the branch supervisor. All documents were legitimate, current, and issued by the Rwandan government.
Still, RoboForex rejected my identity verification multiple times, each time asking for different things. Eventually, they demanded a driving license or international passport, both of which are not common or mandatory for all citizens in Rwanda. Despite explaining my situation and submitting legal documents repeatedly, they refused to verify my account and closed my ticket without any resolution.
This experience shows a lack of respect for clients from countries like mine. Their system seems biased and inflexible. I wasted time and energy for nothing. I do not recommend RoboForex to anyone, especially if you're from Africa or a country outside their preferred list.
