极度偏见和令人沮丧的验证过程-完全不尊重非洲客户

我在RoboForex验证团队的经历是我在金融平台上经历过的最令人沮丧的经历之一。

我提交了：

我的国民身份证

出生证明

银行对账单

居住证

互联网票据

话费

卢旺达Rubis Energy的水电费账单（盖章、签名、抬头）

一张带有ID的自拍照和另一张带有第二个ID的自拍照（根据要求）

但他们仍然拒绝证实我。

他们要求物理水电费账单必须在官方抬头盖章、签名，并包含条形码--尽管事实上在我国水电费账单上不使用条形码。即使我提交了他们要求的所有内容（甚至更多），他们也错误地声称我“没有提供这样的文件”。"

更糟糕的是，他们有时会批准文件，然后突然在没有解释的情况下撤销批准。

RoboForex使许多国家/地区的用户几乎不可能验证他们的帐户，无论文件的合法性或官方性如何。很明显，他们的系统并不是为了平等地支持全球客户而建立的。

如果您来自欧洲以外或西方国家-请远离此经纪人。完全浪费时间和精力。

Extremely Biased and Frustrating Verification Process – Total Disrespect for African Clients

My experience with RoboForex’s verification team has been one of the most frustrating I’ve ever had with a financial platform.

I submitted:

My national ID

Birth certificate

Bank statement

Certificate of residency

Internet bill

Phone bill

Utility bill from Rubis Energy Rwanda (stamped, signed, on letterhead)

A selfie with ID and another selfie with a second ID, as requested

And still — they refused to verify me.

They demanded a physical utility bill that must be stamped, signed, on official letterhead, AND include a barcode — despite the fact that barcodes are not used on utility bills in my country. Even when I submitted everything they asked for (and more), they falsely claimed I had "not provided such a document."

What’s worse is that they sometimes approve documents, then suddenly revoke that approval later without explanation.

RoboForex makes it nearly impossible for users in many countries to verify their accounts, regardless of how legitimate or official the documents are. It’s clear that their system is not built to support global clients equally.

If you're from outside Europe or Western countries — stay away from this broker. Total waste of time and energy.
