I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my account was handled and the overall service provided by your company. Despite never depositing funds or actively using the account, I was notified that RoboForex terminated the agreement under clause 4.15 of the Client Agreement. While I understand the company reserves this right, the lack of transparency and clarity in communication is unacceptable.
It is evident from numerous negative ratings and reviews on TrustPilot (currently showing a 2.4 rating) that many clients share similar frustrations. This reflects poorly on your company’s policies and customer service standards. A reputable financial institution should prioritize client trust, fairness, and clear communication, yet RoboForex has failed to demonstrate these values.
I demand a detailed explanation of why my account was terminated without proper engagement, and confirmation that no funds were ever associated with my account. Furthermore, I urge RoboForex to review its policies and practices, as the current approach is driving away clients and damaging your reputation.
