I am very concerned about how my accounts were handled by RoboForex.
I was trading under the assumption that all clients are eligible for Negative Balance Protection. However, I later learned that I was excluded from this programme, and I was not informed about this by support beforehand.
As a result: - Accounts 27397078 and 27389625 went into negative balance (287 USD and 295.36 USD respectively) - Funds were deducted from my other account 27398773 to cover these losses
According to their policy, Negative Balance Protection should reset negative balances to zero automatically. The lack of prior notification and the deduction from other accounts raise serious concerns about transparency and client communication.
I have submitted a formal complaint to support and am awaiting a detailed explanation. I will update this review based on their response.
