通过我的信用卡存入1000美元，然后一年半变成了4000美元，然后有一天当US 30指数下跌时，我想存一些钱来保护我的利润，然后突然发现FXOpen不再接受信用卡了！
只有2种存款方式可用“fasa pay”和其他方式，但他们在没有通知我（没有通知客户）的情况下删除了银行转账和信用卡。
我跑去创建“fasa pay”帐户，然后正如您所知，他们会要求提供文件和确认，然后可能会拒绝再试一次，这可能需要几天时间.我需要立即存钱，而不是在几天或几周内存钱

Deposited 1000 USD through my Credit Card then in 1 and half years became 4000 USD then one day when the US30 index falled down I want to deposit some money to protect my profits then suddenly found that the Credit Card is not accepted any more with FXOpen!
Only 2 deposit methods were available "fasa pay" and something else but bank transfer and credit cards they removed without informing me (without informing clients).
I run to creat the "fasa pay" account then as you know they will ask documents and confirmations and then may reject to try again and this might take few days... I was in the need to deposit money instantly not during days or weeks
Then all what I built gone by margin call and stop out ..

Then finally after another year I have been withdrawn my remaining money about 200$ which I thought I will never be able to withdraw as they delay..

in addition to contact them is very hard...

This is only one story there are a lot of problems with them.

Regulation is not everything!

Summary they were great but now goingcto be bad
