Octa是我用过的最糟糕的经纪人。他们的提款速度最慢，你拿的越多，他们就会越推迟你的提款，特别是如果你获得了很大的利润，至少需要7天的工作日才能提取超过1，000美元的资金，而且他们的客户协议中有一些相互矛盾的条款

第7.2条规定
公司保留随时更改客户杠杆设置的权利，恕不另行通知。

第7.3条规定
以下杠杆限制适用于所有帐户类型：
7.3.1.杠杆1：1000为个人资金最高不超过5，000美元的账户提供。
7.3.2.杠杆1：500适用于个人资金最高不超过35，000美元的账户。
7.3.3.杠杆1：200适用于个人资金最高不超过125，000美元的账户。
7.3.4.杠杆1：100适用于个人资金最高不超过250，000美元的账户。
7.3.5.杠杆为个人资金最高不超过500，000美元的账户提供1：50。
7.3.6.杠杆1：30适用于个人资金最高不超过1，000，000美元的账户。
7.3.7.杠杆1：25适用于最高个人资金不超过3，000，000美元的账户。
7.3.8.杠杆1：15适用于最高个人资金不超过3，000，000美元的账户。
7.3.9.为个人资金最高不超过5，000，000美元的账户提供1：5的杠杆。

第7.4条规定
如果认为必要或适当，公司可以自行决定在与协议所述情况不同的情况下更改任何账户的杠杆。

因此，当我用少量资金与Octa进行交易时，我的账户没有变化，但在我从新闻交易中获得巨额利润后，他们突然将我的杠杆率改为50，这在我身上是从来没有发生过的。

他们说，如果我想请求改变杠杆，我需要交易一周并降低我的存款基金，我已经这样做了。

我的意思是，我存入的所有资金都是我自己的总储蓄的一部分，大约占我储蓄的5-10%。

所以从我的角度来看，他们不允许像我这样的人在短时间内获得巨额利润，不希望客户赢得利润，也不希望客户撤回资金

在我遇到需要验证我的身份证件和银行报告的案例之前，直到提款，我花了2周的时间，直到我拿到资金。

Octa was the worst broker that I've been using. They have slowest withdrawal, the more you got the more they will delay your withdrawal especially if you gain a big profit, it took at least minimum 7 days of business day to withdraw fund more than $1,000 and they had some contradicts clause on their customer agreement

Clause 7.2 Says
The Company reserves the right to change the Client’s Leverage settings at any time without prior notice.

Clause 7.3 Says
The following Leverage restrictions apply to all account types:
7.3.1. Leverage 1:1000 is provided for accounts with maximum personal funds up to 5,000 USD.
7.3.2. Leverage 1:500 is provided for accounts with maximum personal funds up to 35,000 USD.
7.3.3. Leverage 1:200 is provided for accounts with maximum personal funds up to 125,000 USD.
7.3.4. Leverage 1:100 is provided for accounts with maximum personal funds up to 250,000 USD.
7.3.5. Leverage 1:50 is provided for accounts with maximum personal funds up to 500,000 USD.
7.3.6. Leverage 1:30 is provided for accounts with maximum personal funds up to 1,000,000 USD.
7.3.7. Leverage 1:25 is provided for accounts with maximum personal funds up to 3,000,000 USD.
7.3.8. Leverage 1:15 is provided for accounts with maximum personal funds up to 3,000,000 USD.
7.3.9. Leverage 1:5 is provided for accounts with maximum personal funds up to 5,000,000 USD.

Clause 7.4 Says
If deemed necessary or appropriate, at its sole discretion the Company may change the Leverage of any account in circumstances different from the cases described in the Agreement.

So while trading with Octa with small amount of fund there is no change in my account but after i got a big profit from news trade they suddenly change my leverage to 50 which is never happen to me in another broker.

They say if I want to request change of leverage i need to trade for a week and lower my deposit fund which I already done.

Deposit amount of $200 and trade with 50 leverage and still until now their is no change in my account, i need bigger leverage to trade news because I'm an all in trade for news trade.

What I mean with all in is all the fund I deposit as part of my own total savings which is approximately around 5-10% of my savings.

So from my point of view they didn't allow someone to get huge profit in short time like me, and didn't want client to win profit, and also didn't want client to withdraw their fund

Before I get a case where i need to verify my ID and my bank report and until withdrawal it took 2 weeks, until i get my fund.

Another broker process my withdrawal under 30 minutes and from all broker i had, Octa is the worst
starting from withdrawal, change of leverage, customer support and also trade/customer agreement condition.
