2-3 years ago I have failed an evaluation upon creating an account which made me unable to open an account with them. I came back recently to open a new account and retake the evaluation. 3-4 days ago, I contacted the support team via their online chat to explain my issue. 3 days ago they opened a ticket for me so that their onboarding team can allow me to open a new account and retake the evalution. I have been told that in max 3 business days I should have a reply from their team in order to open a new account. 3 days have passed and no one dared to give me a reply. This is the most terrible customer service I have ever seen. If they take such a long time just to allow someone to open a new account, I can't even imagine their delays in their day to day operations. Few years back Pepperstone had a great reputation but now its getting worse and worse. I wanted to share my true and honest experience so that new guys won't get trapped in this long lasting delays. This just shows that Pepperstone is not professional, not responsive and doesn't reply to their tickets in a timely manner. Run away guys.
