I have been trading forex for more than 12 years. I have first traded with pepperstone around 2015. I felt that the current service level of Pepperstone has declined compared to many years ago. The customer service (Live chat - up to 20 minute to reply/ email - sometimes up to 2-3 days) is very slow.
For the last 2 months, I experienced 3 times of server outage (Each time more than 15 minutes, sometimes up to 30 minutes) during US sesion. The experience is extremely nerve wrecking because I provide copytrade to other investors. Even if you guys can compensate me with fund lost, you guys cannot possibly compensate my investors in such case.
Comparatively, my experience with other good ANZ brokers are better (ICMarkets/FPMarkets etc).
That being said, I still believe Pepperstone is above par vs a lot of brokers. I just hope you guys keep up the standard a bit as the recent drop in standard is concerning to me.
