I am writing to share my experience with Pepperstone’s brokerage services, which has been deeply disappointing and distressing.

I invested a total of USD 22,600 with Pepperstone from 2019 through December 2024. With over 15 years of trading experience, my initial performance on the platform was satisfactory. However, after a few months, I began facing serious technical issues with the MT4 platform, particularly during periods of high market volatility. The platform would frequently freeze and become unresponsive, preventing me from managing my trades effectively.

I reported these issues multiple times عبر live chat support and requested assistance, but unfortunately, no effective resolution was provided. As a direct result of these platform malfunctions, I suffered substantial financial losses and lost multiple trading positions.

I subsequently raised formal complaints and clearly explained that these losses were due to technical failures on the platform. In your Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR), it was acknowledged that the MT4 platform experienced issues during the relevant period. Despite this acknowledgment, no fair compensation was provided.

Instead, I was initially offered only USD 1,671, which is entirely disproportionate to my total loss of USD 22,600. Furthermore, even this amount was never paid, and my follow-up requests were ignored.

To make matters worse, my account was disabled without proper resolution. My access to the platform has been restricted, and it appears my IP address has been blocked, leaving me unable to communicate effectively or access my account.

This situation has caused significant financial and emotional distress, as this investment represents my life savings.

I respectfully request:

A full and fair review of my case
Appropriate compensation for my losses
Immediate refund of my invested amount of USD 22,600

If this matter is not resolved promptly and fairly, I will be compelled to escalate it to the relevant regulatory authorities and pursue further legal and public actions.
