COMPANY IS ACTIVE IN RESPONDING TO SEVERAL CONCERNS.

Market can go down any day, thats not the time to find out you forgot your back up password, trading password or IB Key etc etc. Remember dont write it down for "security", but if you happen to forget it cause you havent used it in 5 months. Then there is NO CHANCE to speak to IBKR on the phone apparently. Have called 10 times in the last 2 hours and EVERY TIME the phone system hangs up on me and refers me to website. Then when i try to send request via website, the website has an "unknown error".

Completely terrible customer experience; IBKR is either stealing your money or so technologically inept that they compromise the safety of your funds by over complication of access.

Update: Company replied within one week on Trustpilot. Still waiting for update on my ticket with them through their systems.

Have made it back into app in mean time. App operates smoothly and has increasing functionalities.
