I just deposited 3000 usd thru a wire transfer and sent them the document of proof on the 5th of may and i wrote to their support 3 times and all i gor is when we get it will go into your account well today i got a mess we didnt recieve it check with your bank . So firstly horrible customer support to info in the 7 days from when i send it and it was a an us bank wire to their us bank account so its not an international transfer so no way it takes that long to check it.
Secondly in document it clearly show the transfer id number account name etc. So just saying didnt get it is such a vague response the document says that you have gotten you need to be more detailed when messimg around with peoples hard earned money so overall a horrible experience and i dont even know how i am going to get my money
