IBKR has had a large amount of my funds in their master account since April 25 that they will not deposit in my account, will not return to Fidelity, and noone on the phones can help. They refuse to get me a supervisor, or tell me one will call me back, but noone follows through. This is fraud. I received the first email from IBKR today, May 14, stating they need more information for my account to be opened. They have been holding these funds and I have had no response since April 25. How can a company this size get away with this? I have filed a complaint with FINRA and the FTC and suggest you do the same if you are having issues. Furthermore, Fidelity thinks this is fraud and has blocked my accounts at Fidelity until these funds are returned from IBKR because Fidelity isn't certain IBKR has the funds. I would rate IBKR a zero if I could.
