2 Things are not ideal:
1) Transferring from IRA to IRA Roth requires exactly the same trading permissions on both accounts. I was not able to manage that even with support from service. Why?
2) We had troubles opening an additional account for my wife despite the fact the fact that IKBR has all info from her existing ones. That was very painful compared to other brokers.
