They assume their software works perfectly, which simply isn't true. And they introduce a lot of friction in their UI to prevent you from communicating with an agent. Their AI agent is trash and not helpful.
I filed multiple tickets to report the app's inability to update my account status from one jurisdiction to another, and I never hear back.
I tried creating a new account but it just gets added to my old account. Now, my new account just disappeared. Their backend is just full of glitches and doesn't inspire any confidence.
I just filed one more ticket #584328, and I will probably close my account after this. Maybe this is exactly what the staff wants. Fewer customers means fewer complaints, right?
