1.我女儿的初级股票和ISA在没有2级数据的情况下无法正常运行，而且她不是每月为此付费的专业人士。

Worst broker of all I think. The issues here
1. Junior stocks and ISA for my daughter was inoperative without the level 2 data and she is not a professional to pay every month for it.
2. Bought stocks at higher price since the price was not updated - takes 20 minutes for live data. I was told to buy level 2 data. My daughter is not a professional who needs it, she wanted to invest and leave there for some time.
3. The customer interactions are useless here.
4. The positions are not closing when we close and they re-appear be in trade. CLosed few times but then they are showing in trade again. Useless website really.
5. Transfered this to AJBell and the transfer did not happen immediately. Had to chase up for more than two weeks.I created a ticket with IB which they addressed finally and had me approve the wire transfer.
In short, a horrible website really and a bad expereince. I lost some money in using this. My daughter was disappointed that her savings came down since the positions did not close early.
