I have been waiting for nearly 3 months for the resolution of a refund. I was forced to do an ACH withdrawal in order to expire the ACH holds, so that my assets from my personal account could be transferred to my trust account. This was because of a limitation of IBKR system. I made these withdrawals in early June, and so far I received no response from their customer service. I have been more than patient with this issue, but my patience has limits.
I find the customer service of IBRK incompetent and extremely unprofessional. I have been basically ghosted on this issue.
