We Rudimpex LLC Bulgaria, decided to open account with Interactive Broker. We are legit company who i paying all of it tax obligation in full and we are proud to be such a company. We apply for cash ( not margin !!!) account and filled all the documents with the correct information and IB reject our application with no explination. We said that the our annual profit is over 120 000 $ for the last year (2023) and they rejected the application because they think our profit is not correct. They have info for 2022 where the profit was 80 000 USD ! For that reason only they reject our application and did not provide explination. In the meantime they ask so many personal questions and inside information, they requested information even for all my orders ( like tax agent ), order by order ( over 3800 orders ) . I provided this complete info and they reject me. I will apply with another broker, no problem for me. But my advise is to stay away from this company Interactive Brokers. Try to find company who will serve you and treat you as a partner, not like trash.
