I joined a PAMM investment on Vantage in March 2025. It worked fine until I requested a partial withdrawal on June 19th. The PAMM manager ghosted me, and the withdrawal was never approved.
Despite contacting Vantage support multiple times, they gave me copy-paste responses, only refering me back to the unresponsive PAMM manager, even though I have thoroughly explained the situation in my emails.
According to their own PAMM service agreement, Vantage should be fully able to access the PAMM system and withdraw my funds manually. Yet, for some unknown reason they never acknowledged that fact in their responses, even after I pointed it out myself.
After escalating to their Compliance Department, they promised a review, then sent me back to a vague “account manager” who never followed up. My funds remain locked for over a month while the scummy PAMM Manager keeps receiving a fat 30% commission.
I’m currently preparing to write a formal complaint to VFSC, and other regulating bodies Vantage claims to be under. But no big hopes here.
I strongly do not recommend using Vantage for PAMM or managed accounts. Once your money is in, you have no control, and Vantage won’t help.
