Hello I have been trading with ICmarkets for about 4 years. Most of it was good but the last 2 months of trying to get things done via the whatsapp channel and their email service has been a complete disaster.
First it took 4 weeks of up and down communication just to get my new card details updated. I upload documents on their web portal or send documents to their email support and a full week later they come back and ask for exactly the same document that i provided a week prior. And that after their support confirmed that they received the document and that all the information is on the document that they require! This happened several times during the process.
Next my bank sent my withdrawal back to ICmarkets because Icmarkets now required me to make my withdrawal via direct bank transfer because I changed my card details. That is however not the issue here.
The issue is that my bank has send back my withdrawal funds to Icmarkets on the 11th of April. So it is now almost 2 weeks since they sent it back. And the funds is still not back in my trading account. I send a copy of the SWIFT document i got from my bank to Icmarkets on the 14th of April already. (Actually the 13th but their whatsapp agent gave me the wrong email address to send it to so the next day I had to send it again). I have been following up on a daily basis to find out when my funds will be back in my trading account. Every day the whatsapp agents tell me they have made the case a priority that the relevant department is busy looking at the case and every day the agent tells me I will get feedback from the relevant department soon. I have been told the exact same thing every day now for almost two weeks. This seems like a never ending loop. Up to now I have had no feedback from anybody and I am still completely in the dark as what is going on.
Right now it feels as if I am never going to see my money that is with ICmarkets.
The comany is welcome to ask me for any documented proof in these matters.

我每天都在跟进,以了解我的资金何时会回到我的交易账户中。Whatsapp代理每天都告诉我,他们已将此案作为优先事项,相关部门正在忙着调查此案,而且代理每天都告诉我,我很快就会收到相关部门的反馈。
近两周以来,我每天都被告知同样的事情。这似乎是一个永无止境的循环。
到目前为止,我还没有收到任何人的反馈,我对发生的事情仍然一无所知。
现在感觉我再也见不到IC markets的钱了。
