I’ve been a loyal IC Markets customer for over 4 years, with an account holding over 7 figures. For the past 8 months, I’ve been trying to withdraw my funds, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. I first reached out in December, followed up in January, February, and March, but despite multiple emails, I’ve received no proper response. My case number is 04183998, and I was promised a phone call to resolve the issue, which I scheduled via email, but the team never contacted me.

This has gone on long enough, and I’m now at a breaking point. The lack of response and the failure to resolve this matter is unacceptable. If my funds are not released immediately, I will be forced to take legal action. I have given IC Markets more than enough time to rectify this situation, but it’s clear they have no intention of doing so. This issue needs to be resolved, or I will pursue all available legal options to recover my funds and hold them accountable.

Do not use IC Markets if you value access to your own money. This experience has been a complete betrayal of trust.
