Okay I had been one of the most helpful customer agents I have had in ages, that I wanted to give a review for ICmarkets and A+ agent that helped me, he even asked me not to mention him. I have been with him for over an hour asking all kinds of questions, from withdrawals issues to creating new demo accounts with investor passwords etc.. and he took the time to send me links and answer every question I had, this person new about almost all the services of ICmarkets. It felt good to talk to someone and not a bot. Love ICmarkets!
